On a volunteer basis, he also supports Formaca, a social enterprise with 110 employees whose mission is to promote the professional integration of people living with disabilities. He advises the leadership team on developing a new line of business and mobilizing structuring financing.
Philippe also serves as fractional CFO for BeOnyx, a startup specializing in the electrification of off-road heavy vehicles, where he is responsible for financial modeling, capital structuring, and managing relationships with financial partners.
