Mr. Mo is an expert strategist in international business growth (particularly in Asia) and an experienced businessman, embodying the alliance between strategic expertise and entrepreneurial spirit. He founded and led two successful companies: Groupe Service Santé Globale Inc. (2008) and BCMMO Inc. (2013), providing services to a diverse clientele of small and medium-sized enterprises, both in Canada and internationally. Born in Cambodia and having immigrated to Canada at a young age, Mr. Mo holds an Executive MBA and a graduate diploma in applied ergonomics from UQAM, a Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences, and a certificate in occupational health and safety from the University of Montreal. He also pursued graduate studies in China in the fields of business and marketing, as well as specialized training in Chinese economic development at Peking University in 2013, followed by an economics and leadership program in Taiwan in 2024.

Furthermore, Mr. Mo is the president of the following organizations:
